Classroom management is a term which refers to discipline in the classroom and also how teachers manage to organize the class and transfer knowledge to students. It could be very challenging and teachers are learning different skills through their career in order to become better in classroom management. Teachers who love their profession will be much better because they will learn new techniques and updates over time. Different teachers have a different impact on students, because of the teacher's personality, techniques they use during the classes and interaction between students and teachers. There different techniques for classroom management for different groups of students, different age groups, and different interest groups. In order to prepare material for a certain group of students, the teacher needs to know their needs and their weaknesses. A certain group of students needs to work more on writing and other groups need to work more on listening or reading.
