The unit provided a great deal of tips on classroom management scenarios. As a seasoned teacher, many of these techniques become second nature. I particularly appreciated the fact that the lesson mentioned that a good teacher doesn't necessarily have to be constantly energetic or loud. Each personality is different. The goal is to create a pleasant teaching environment, where both the teacher and students, work together to further the learning experience in a positive direction.
