Teach English in Sanguan Zhen - Yuncheng Shi

Motivation can be defined as the act of doing something to get a particular favour or a gift from the man who promised you,or can equally be defined as getting work done through a pear presure from your master.there are many types of Motivation which are money Motivation,word Motivation,and Motivation by praising the worker.All of this is all motivation in verious forms.But the one we want to talk about is motivating students to learn which can take all the three forms of Motivation that is the with words,praises and encouragement from a good teacher who is in charge or who teaches the class of the said students.we have different forms of motivation for students at different different levels of studies or classes.For example if the students are just above three their own form of motivation is different from students who are six years old.Its different for students in the high school and those in the University. For students in the lowest level as in students who are just above three years they are motivated to study when you flash them with stickers or even give one of them its common to those young kids just the presence of stickers can do the magic for them to pronounce any word you give them to pronounce.Less i forget that to teach english language as a second language to students who are three years old you must use stickers to motivate them by all cause because they are hearing it for the first time in their life,so as a good teacher you must be able be a model for them in class as in pronounce words as perfect as possible for they will grow with your own pronouncaitions so if you are not able to pronounce these words well then correctly then the students will be able to disgrace you too when they get home and are giving feedback as to what they lent in school that day so the use of stickers is very important to does students.Then the words you equally match them up with their actions for the actions equally motivate them very well to pronounce and know.the words how it functions. For students who are above the age of three and are about six years their own motivation is slightly different from that of the students at the age of three,this is because those at that level already have abit in english language and can be able to introduce their selves in english,this is for those that are not from an english speaking country and want to learn the english language as their second language,what you do to them is just to encourage them with things like give me five or hi five it actually motivates and gives them the urge to study and grt the hi fives from the teacher.this is especially when the teacher is trying to introduce a new topic or a difficult topic to the students,it will..help them to listen and try to pronounce the words so as to get the hi fives from the teacher. Then for students at the level of high school theirs too is very different why because at that level of education the student can make sentences i mean students with english as their second language,here the teacher needs receptive skills of teaching to be able to make the students get interested in the learning process,that is start from the level of reading to the students and making them to listen very well and your reading power must be very good to be their model and to be able to control the class appropriately too.this means that the teacher should avoid using the names of their students to give examples especially when the please not good this helps in discourageing the student from learning in class.the teacher should motivate them too in that when they are asking him questions,he should be able.to answer and on time too.
