This also provide teachers with feedback from parents; student’s may not give directly during class time. Parents may also provide sufficient advice on how to discipline their child. In the event where the students are parents, especially business students. They may be more focused than younger students, since their main motivation would be their career development. One should consider there might be cases where they may arrive to classes exhausted. Therefore, teachers may have to supplement incomplete homework and class assignments. However, each student is accountable to their own success. Since students should revise course materials other than during class time. Secondly, maintaining discipline is critical to completing objectives without reducing teaching time to discipline disruptive students. Therefore, teachers should learn ways to maintain discipline without shouting or punishing students. Maintaining eye contact with students demonstrates confidence. Teachers should make every effort to know their students name. This gesture will complement rapport building and students will feel more comfortable when their teachers know their names during activities or one on one consultations. Teachers should also learn and practice new ways of keeping their composure; in order not to be overwhelmed by the task or the environment.Therefore, teachers should relinquish toxic emotions that can hinder their performance .Instead they should search for ways to make the lesson more enjoyable; for example bring students to the zoo and have them prepare an essay afterwards. Students are also expected to lead class activities, where they can be assessed based on their performance during the class activity, for example a debate or gap fill activity. Thirdly, corrections are essential to the learning process. However, teachers should take a strategic step when conducting this process. Before the start of a video or taped interview, teachers can explain terms that may pose a challenge during the lesson. An effective teacher is a teacher who knows how to explain any concept in more than one way. Students should be encouraged for attempting to answer a question before the correct answer is given. This method would remind them they are in a supportive learning environment. Teachers should also be grateful if they are corrected by a student, instead of felling embarrassed. This would serve as a good indication that students are following the lesson. In the classroom everyone is a learning. Therefore, teachers should make adjustments that satisfies the learning needs of their students. Student’s should be accountable to themselves by completing assignments and doing further research on topics that are challenging. One should also remember that the teacher should be the most approachable person in the classroom. Therefore, teachers should maintain their composure, despite potential distractions in or outside of the classroom.
