  In my opinion, there is a big difference between groups teaching and one to one teaching . Not all students are suitable for group teaching . And group teaching is more suitable for students with self-access learning. In group teaching ,the teacher's class process, control of the classroom and the design of teaching activities are all different from one to one teaching. In group teaching, the different level of each student results in different acceptance to the classes. The teachers are used to letting students go hand in hand. As a result, some students meet barriers in learning, making them feel dull and lose interest in learning. For instance, while listening, some advanced students can simply understand the listening content, and even can do it even in excess while some lower-level students need practices repeatedly before they can understand the listening content. For advanced students, they will think such class is too boring while lower level students will think it is too difficult and then get bored about the class. At this time the teacher's classroom teaching design should be controlled according to the overall level. And teachers need to choose the materials suitable for most students. In the teaching design, it requires simple knowledge teaching and also over the medium knowledge teaching. Lower leve students just need to master simple knowledge while for advanced students, they can consider simple knowledge as review, and above the medium knowledge as an extension as well as a supplement. When all the students have the problem of grasping the word, the teacher’s word teaching activities can be tailored to all students. Teacher can use word puzzle or correct the spelling from jumbled letter or picture and word matching and so on. And in the listening test, it needs to have different levels of questions.   The most obvious characteristic of one to one teaching is pertinence. Teachers and students can have better interaction in one-to-one education. Then, teachers can design better teaching activities after understanding students’ characteristics. The teaching activities and exercises after class designed by teachers are all for individual students. Exercises are made for their practice according to the students' mastering degree of field knowledge points, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and students' ability to learning puzzles, difficult points and error-prone points so as to solve students' practical problems. Such practice is more effective and meaningful than the unified exercise for most students. In targeted practice, teachers have a deeper understanding of the knowledge that students do not grasp and adjust the teaching design so that students can further grasp the knowledge. For example, in listening teaching, if the students are weak in vocabulary, teachers can first design vocabulary teaching activities to make the students' master it better. After students master the words, listening teaching can begin. Group teaching and one-to-one teaching focus on different teaching methods in the same teaching content and have different requirements for teachers. However, whether it is group teaching or one to one teaching , teachers should solve students' problems.Don’t let the students are not interested in study English.
