In this unit i learnt how to teach receptive skills & ways in which this could be completed/presented. This unit also explained that teaching english can be hard as the language is not phonetic. I leant about what might take place in a writing lesson using a straight arrow ESA. The lesson went through the different phases of the ESA and gave an example of what might be a lesson used in the classroom.
