I've remembered the basic english grammar and my vocabulary has widened. But mainly I've got many ideas how to teach and plan the lessons effectively. What to consider when planning lessons (timing, problems that may arise and how to solve them, different teaching stages etc). There are a lot of example activities. I've got a knowledge about the sources of grammar, activities, dictionaries, forums etc.
As I'm not a practicing teacher yet, this course gave me an idea how and in which order I could start to teach. If I should go to make a job interview to be an english teacher and they would ask me to describe a lesson I would hold, I think I could easily make an example lesson plan based on ESA.
