From this course I have taken a firm foundation in english grammar and lesson planning skills. I believe that this course has provided me with the skills to teach multiple levels and groups of students. I am happy with what I have gained from doing this tefl and believe that it will enhance and help my teaching in Korea public schools. Watching the CD lesson with the good and bad lesson helped me to be more critical of my own teaching style and the way I conduct a lesson. After watching the lesson I am much more aware of what I say to students, I never want any of them to feel unimportant or not capable. I learned that it is important to be flexible within your lesson and to know when it's just not working. Sometimes you need to improvise. It is very important to get the students Engaged in the lesson topic before you start. I think this is what I really took from this course is that keeping students motivated is extremely important.
