Motivating students something I have had no experience in before my tefl lessons. I found to teach was to give information and the student got it or didn't then me try again until he did. My job was to teach his job was to learn. Then we move on to the next subject but in the real world it is not so cut and dry, it was an eye opening experience. The learning techniques have been a major bonus for me. In my experience teaching I have always started at lesson one and plowed through the course till the end; your techniques have shown me a much different approach. I have gained a great deal from the evaluation and testing section as well I have always used testing as a pass or fail method. I believed when you finished the course you should take the test and if you knew the material you could pass the test, I have not used testing as a form of evaluating during the training.
