This program definitely superseded my expectations, I learned a lot more than I thought I would because I had had a solid foundation of the english language and thought this would just be a review; however, I acquired knowledge through this training that I never thought I would and I'm very grateful for that. I will definitely be motivating, enthusiastic, will challenge my students without taking away their initiative, and will share with them their excitement for the new stage in their lives. I will use my previous cultural sensitivity to better approach my students and establish rapport as I learned in this program. I would love to teach english no matter where I end up because this will empower people who are looking to be more competent.
