This unit was rather interesting. I have had the opportunity to teach business class english and it was an in-company course with two different levels of students. A beginners and a more advanced level. The topics covered in this unit woould have aided me in immensely improving the dynamics of the class. I agree that teaching business english is a bit intimidating but one thing that I did remember doing was pretending to feign ignorance which aided immensely in getting the group to talk and interact with each other. The majority of my classes are monolingual classes with a few students from different countries. The tips and advice given in this unit was very informative and very useful.
