This unit has helped me to see that teacher does not always have to do all of the talking in the class. Sometimes it's important to sit back and let the students talk with each. Respect is important for both the teacher and the student to have towards each other. The teacher should keep instructions simple and sometimes teach at a level below what they know. The atmosphere should be relaxed in the classroom. I also learned that eye contact is very important along with voice and gestures.
