This unit had a very brief introduction on four major groups of learning and behavior theories. It then specified specific age groups and corresponding teaching practices that are appropriate for the maturity level of the group. Then specific rating scales were provided to distinguish the skill levels of different students. There was then a brief review of the ESA teaching approach and different classroom layouts that may be used. Lastly in the unit it covered the different roles that a teacher may take in the classroom.
