This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
First I would like to say that I have gained so much from this course. Before I enrolled in this course I thought that I would not enjoy the course. However I was so wrong. This course has helped me with lesson plans, grammar points that I totally forgot about, and I also learned ways to test students levels. Here in Korea I teach at a public school where the students are not tested for their english level. Since I have been taking this course and teaching at my school , I also mentioned to my school that we should split up the students in to smaller classes and test their levels. This way we can keep students from being board who find the work easy or help the students who have a hard time with english. My school has agreed to allow this idea. Thanks to this course I feel confident in testing my students for the upcoming year.
As far as the materials and difficulty of the course, I was amazed how challenging it was, yet thanks to the online tutor and course layout, I truly enjoyed the course without to much stress. I will take what I have learned and use it in my school and also outside of the classroom. I will continue to use my course material to look back though as it has so much great information. Overall I feel that everyone should take this course especially if someone has never studied education. This course will make a teachers experience much easier in the classroom. I want to say thank you so much and especially to my tutor who always gave me great feedback.
