I have a much greater understanding of english grammar than I ever before. Also, I have thought about teaching in different ways and from different perspectives. I really found the ESA ideas to be interesting and I want to try them as soon as I can. The ESA teaching style is something that I previously had never heard of, and after this course, I feel that structuring lessons with the ESA method in mind will greatly contribute to my students' development. My tutors, Karl, Jon and Matt, have all been good in providing me with useful feedback; thanks so much to all of them. The course has reminded me constantly the importance of dedication, preparation, positivism, professionalism and how this is important as a teacher both in front of the class and "behind-the-scenes" in a teacher's time to organize and to prepare for a good lesson. As a teacher, I hope to improve my lessons with these ideas and I look forward to using the ESA structure from now on. In addition, having tutors with ideas from other teachers in other parts of the world is useful to help me think of teaching in different ways. I feel ready to make lesson plans that are challenging, interesting and fun for students, and have new ideas resources to draw from. I hope to use these ideas and be able to teach even more effectively in the future.
