Lots of students expect their teachers to inspire and stimulate them, but there are some challenged students who are enthusiastic and motivated about learning. One of the the biggest influence for students' motivation has a teacher, he/she should give the positive feedback to the students to keep their beliefs in learning, as well as creating an open and positive atmosphere, help students to feel comfortable and valued. Students usually feel when the teacher is an enthusiastic and has a real interest in what they are learning, that's why some of them positively respond to a well-organized lessons. If the students are frustrating or disappointing in their works, the teacher should encourage them to critique and analyze their own work, and work on their weaknesses. One of the most useful ways of students' motivation is engagement. First of all, the teacher needs to engage the students into the lesson by arousing their interest, getting their attention and get them involved in the lesson. Then, if the students are interested and motivated they will find the lesson easier, will stimulate their curiosity and express their creativity. Students need such lessons which stimulate their curiosity and brings them desire for deep understanding and learning the language, lots of students like the lesson where they can express their originality and where they can discuss and discover who they are and who they want to be. Most of the teachers motivate their students by using evaluation method, for example myself while teaching english language I would give each student a plus (+) mark for answering correctly my questions, but I would also make sure that my tasks are neither too easy nor too difficult, because if the task is too easy- the lesson may seem very boring, if it is too difficult- then it may look unattainable and may create anxiety in the classroom; whoever answers most of the answers and gathers the biggest amount of pluses- gets an A, a well answered answer and a great evaluation by the teacher makes the students to be more interested and motivated in the language. While evaluating the students the teacher should help them to succeed in learning, he/she needs to make sure that the lessons are interesting, enjoyable, varied and useful in order to maintain the motivation. The teacher should find creative ways to teach even the most boring lessons. Individual or whole class rewards can also be a great motivation, but they should be selective and appropriate in order to motivate the students. If the student is interested and motivated, so he/she will have a greater chance of success in learning the language than a student without motivation. The relationship between the teacher and students is one of the most important targets in motivating students. Most of the students expect self-expression and positive interpersonal relationship, a strong relationship with students is a great success for whole classroom. First of all, the teacher should be very creative while thinking which motivation works for each student in the class. Furthermore, the teacher should create a comfortable atmosphere in the classroom where the students would feel welcomed, not threatened or intimidated. Every teacher would love to have full classroom of self-motivated students however it doesn't always happen. Finally, it is very important for the students to trust and feel comfortable with the teacher, that's why the teacher should be very attentive, caring, positive and enthusiastic to build up a strong students' and teacher's relationship.
