People say who works with children he is lucky or even happy. I suppose it is the truth, on the other side this work is hard, strength- and energy-consuming but not boring. This area of research attracts me as I am involved in this kid's world because I want to teach english to children and, besides it, I am mama of two-year-old toddler who makes research in every area of the life including english speaking. I notice that he “catches” english words, phrases and produces them without difficulties. children are not very hard-working, highly-motivated students, they cannot concentrate on one topic for a long time, they are not able to understand and write down all the grammar issu.s. but they accept the english language as something natural, essential for communication, as it is. They gain a good pronunciation very quickly. children do not have fear “ to lose face “ in front of the classmates, do not have any hang-u.s.or complexes of uncertainty; if the happening is interesting for them, they are active and excited. children's world is bright, amusing and colorful. Everything, including learning english, is a game for them, so they enjoy when studying and they are deeply engaged with it. children try to avoid routine (but at the same time they like to do their activities due to the schedule, they easily get accustomed to it). So our aim is to make the study process fun, unique, visual and moving. teachers need to implement lots of ou.s.anding teaching ideas to keep the study process interesting. Activities with children are connected with some discipline problems; children are lack of a great motivation, and they cannot keep attention to one thing for a long time, they are in motion all the time, they can turn over their attention easily from one object to another, they like to be praised by their teacher, they like to take part in competitions, play different games and toys. Therefore teachers take into consideration these factors and explore the features in lessons' activities: the lessons are not very long; the tasks are turned into to games, role-plays; engage phases are with visual real objects, toys; the lessons are dynamic with different games, songs, drawing; the teacher keeps little presents (balloons, pens, stickers, rubbers, pencils, dolls, picture-cards, apples and so on) to encourage children for their active, successful study.
