I could speak, read and write fluent english but I have never thought that there are so many rules of grammar we got to follow to teach the non native speakers. Today I'm more confident in teaching how to conduct different type of sentences and that sometimes the same sentence has different meanings.
The lesson plans give a clear idea of what to teach the students in that 30mins lesson. It is a good guideline and I'll definitely plan one for every class, keeping in mind that it is a guide and acts as a record for me.
Studying online is so different from in class but having a good tutor does makes the lesson very effective and more interesting when feedback is given. This is another tip that I've learnt, that is, to be supportive to the students at all times.
