I really liked how this unit online different groups of students and gave valuable information on how to conduct each group. I enjoyed reading about how for a young learner frequent positive encouragement helps build self esteem and lessens the fear of making a mistake. In the same vein I learned to not put a child on the spot to produce language as it might increase their anxiety.
