I think this unit of the course is crucial for new teachers. Often content comes second if the class environment is not conducive to learning. For me it would be all too easy to fall into issues with discipline. It also is a reminder of how important simple things like seating arrangement and teacher conduct are in being able to teach effectively. Class structure and focus on TTT and STT balance will make for a better teaching experience. I do still anticipate new teacher issues though
