It was very interesting to read this information and watch both of the videos for the lesson. Watching the demonstration helped me understand phonetics better because I was able to see the information I had just read being put into use and then practice the sounds myself. Being able to pronounce a word correctly helps an individual communicate more clearly to others and is able to be understood that much better.
