Productive skills include speaking and writing. Writing tends to be ignored these days but that does not mean it less important. Speaking and writing are of equal importance. We use both accuracy and fluency but generally in different stages of the lesson. Accuracy activities are concentrating on the student producing correct language. Fluency activities are concentrated on allowing th students to experiment and have more fun with the english language.
