This unit covered the various teaching aids that teachers can use in the classroom. The unit discussed the different equipment that can be used such as overhead projectors and PowerPoint presentations as well as DVDs and camcorders. From this unit I learned that technology is a useful aid in the classroom setting to keep students motivated and active in the lesson. I learned that a combination of teacher instruction on the whiteboard as well as other equipment use is effective.
