This unit talks about managing a classroom but I find it underwhelming. Advantages and disadvantages in arranging the desks in a classroom is not very useful when the furniture in a lot of "poor"" schools are just long benches and long desks designed for the row/lecture classrooms. It's nice if the schools were all rich and can afford individual chair-desks that can be arranged but reality is that NES teachers working in developing countries may often have to deal with obsolete/old equipment. What would be great is more emphasis on discipline and STUDENT control. As learning english outside of the public school systems are a ""luxury"" that only rich parents can afford
