This unit was helpful for consideration of ways in which to move my students beyond simply listening to speaking and writing. It was helpful for me to see the difference between accuracy and fluency. I think I tend to emphasis one or the other in my teaching and I need to perhaps separate these and allow there to be dedicated time for accuracy as well as for fluency.
