This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I am grateful for all of the grammar units in ITTT. Even though I am a native english speaker it is often difficult for me to explain complicated grammar points to my students. The job of a teacher is never done - teachers continually learn alongside their students. This unit gives an overview of what is considered a "good"" teacher and a ""good"" learner. It covers the expected qualities and expectations for both roles. Upon reflection From Unit19 I have learned about different types of classes. When teaching beginners we don't use students' mother tongue. The behavior and attitude of the teacher is the most important factor in a classroom. When it comes to business english after initially testing our clients we should give them a NEED ANALYSIS.
