Unit 20 Troubleshooting discussed about the different challenges a teacher may encounter inside the classroom. I have been teaching for about two and a half years now and I have experienced some of what I read from this unit. It is very useful for me to know the techniques that I can use for a large class and when given a class with mixed abilities. I was not aware with my errors until now. I also learned when it is alright for students to use their native language because I have been very considerate and it just made my students give less effort in learning english. This unit opened my mind to a lot more ideas and methods that I can use to improve my lessons and really have my students be motivated to learn english.
