I would like to say that this course has been extremely helpful. Unit 20: Troubleshooting was a great way to end it. I found that there were a number of common problems that i would not have expected. I did not consider the different problems associated with listening texts and the tips that were given to correct these problems were very straight forward. I also really appreciated the section on reluctant students as I expect this to be a common problem. In general i would like to say that this course was organised very effectively. Spacing out the grammar sections was very helpful and didn't bog down the pace at all. I have learned a lot from this course and cannot wait to start my career in esl. Thank you so much.
