In unit 9 I learned about lesson planning. Lesson planning is important because it gives a teacher an outline to follow for the class and creates a record of what the class has covered. When creating a lesson plan a teacher should not make the plan to rigid so that it is flexible and they can adapt to the flow of the class throughout the lesson.
