I found Unit 20 to be among the most important lessons for dealing with classroom situations especially for beginning teachers or dealing with a new group of students in general. It’s not always guaranteed that a teacher will have the same students in a class so it is important to know how to deal with a new batch of students. Also the unit does with discussing the do’s and don't's when it comes to dealing with students who are reluctant to participate and for a large class size. I believe the most important part of this lesson centers around on how to be a rapport with the students through different types of english based games. That allows them to get comfortable with one another
