Very useful unit. In this unit we reflect on the different situations we may need to ''troubleshoot'' be it our first class or a group with mixed abilities. Different tools and solutions are revealed to work best depending on the situation you find yourself in. Always being fair to the students seems to be a good foundation when asking yourself what to do.
