This course has been very useful for me. I have learned the essential methods to structure an esl class and to do lesson plans. I have reviewed essentials of english grammar and other important aspects that will contribute to my becoming a successful esl teacher. My tutor has provided helpful feedback and encouragement which I have valued.
I plan to volunteer to teach in an esl program for women who cannot pay for esl instruction but require english in their jobs. This should be most challenging and will give me needed experience. Afterwards I would like to teach either young children or adults who need english in their jobs.
