Although being a native english speaker I have learnt a great deal about the english language, in the past if someone has asked me about certain structures and rules, I was not able to explain the reason behind the why it is a certain way. After completing this course, I have found that I am now more confident in explaining certain rules and structures, if asked. I have found that, although I am a native english speaker, educated at a high level, I used to not use certain aspects of language properly, and I feel that this course has helped me improve in areas which I was lacking before.
I plan to teach english in South Korea after I receive my tefl certificate. I feel living in South Korea for a fairly long period will allow me to experience Korean culture more than a tourist is able to.
Overall I feel that the course is well structured and covered necessary areas which will allow me to enter the classroom confidently and teach english at a high level.
