Although I have a university degree in translating and interpreting from english to Macedonian and vice-versa and experience in english teaching to children at lower levels, I found this tefl course very useful for improving my skills. I have learned grammar and vocabulary at the university and have shown excellent results there, though this course was a great reminder of that and the best benefit of it I believe is learning how to apply that knowledge into the teaching process. I am most grateful for the practice this course gave me in lesson planning, managing the classroom, and using my skills to full potential to transfer my knowledge to different type of learners on different levels. At the moment my plans are to continue widening my knowledge by attending also the advanced tefl courses for business english, teaching young learners and teaching online, and maybe travel to another country to teach english, because I believe it would be a great experience for me to be exposed to different cultural environment.
