The only personal gain I received from this course is that it allowed me to review some english skills I hadn’t used in a few years. Being an english major, most of the things covered in the course I already knew or learned years ago but for the most part taking this course just allowed me to review and refresh those skills. Some of the classroom activity games that were mentioned in the course were useful and now I can add a few of those games to my classroom repertoire for things to do with the students.
What I plan to do with some of the things I learned is to implement them into the classroom. Additionally the things I will take away from this course will help me in my own personal future endeavors in the education field as I eventually wish to attain my Ph. D or Ed. D in Education Administration with the hopes of becoming a principal of a school or president of a college, so that way I can share my beliefs and ideals across a broader platform.
