Apart from the necessary help with grammar, this course has been most beneficial in instructing me on how to set up and execute a lesson. I noticed how throughout the course lesson plans became easier and more comfortable to create and I now have a knowledge stash of games and activities to implement. The last time that I taught english as a foreign language was as a teenager in Poland and, although I did remarkably well for my age, I found the experience, albeit rewarding, to be extremely stressful since I had had no formal preparation or instruction. I feel that this course has given me the tools necessary to be able to teach well and confidently without as much stress as I experienced the last time. I look forward to a teaching job and being able to implement the ideas and lessons derived from this course. Because South Korea is one of the countries dearest to my heart in the world, I hope to be able to live and teach there for several years.
