I have learned from this course how to maximize classroom time and plan efficient lesson plans. I have also learned how to take each student into personal consideration. I plan to use these lessons to help my current english class and, hopefully, find a job abroad soon. This course has helped me understand many aspects of teaching which I had not previously thought about, such as the classroom setup. My current class and the institution where I teach struggles with have large gaps in student ability and low contact hours each week. Learning how to cope with these issues has been priceless for my institution and my students. I think the most important thing I learned was how to plan lessons and the different styles of lesson planning. For me, lesson planning was a major issue and usually a last minute ordeal. Now, I can teach much more effective and fun classes.
