Having been out of the classroom for 10 years, I have personally gained a lot of practice in english grammar and feel ready for the new school year. I've also gained quite of few resources and am surprised by how much is now available on the internet. I've also learned how to write a complete Lesson Plan and at first I thought it was pretty tiring to fill all the details out but now I think I will actually use the Lesson Plan form from this course because it will be a great record and resource. After each lesson I plan to add a kind of 'post-mortem' so that I can continually improve on the lesson plan rather than recreate the wheel for each and every lesson.
