I have personally gained an improved knowledge and appreciation for the use of grammar. This course has highlighted a number of grammar rules that I don’t believe I have ever learned. My ultimate goal in taking this course is to teach english in a foreign country. I would like to start small by volunteering to teach for several short term placements abroad as well as at immigrant welcome centers locally. Once I have gained some experience and confidence teaching I would consider a career change within a few years.
