I have found the thorough introduction to the world of Tesl to be fascinating, challenging, and rewarding. I've enjoyed working with theory as well as with the knowledge-based content, while also reveling in being in the role of “receiver” as opposed to being the “giver” of information and ideas. I've already used some gems that I have acquired through my lessons and was warmly pleased when my students (non-esl) responded in a positive fashion. I am very pleased to have been given so many sites, games, and books that I can study and use, and would like to thank you for making that a part of the course. I've learned a great deal, and I know that I will have many opportunities to use what I learned, as much is valid for use in any classroom.
