Students can have a different level of the english language. Beginners are students who just start to learn this language or know some basic language. They are two different categories of Beginners: The absolute beginners are students who have not any knowledge in english at all. The false beginners may have some knowledge because of their education and can built simple sentences. Also is there a different in adult beginners and young learners, because the adults made their own decision to learn the new language, while young learners even do not know why they should learn it. Before planning a lesson the teacher should think about the following issue: They don not speak english. How can I correct them? What can I use to teach them new vocabulary? Will they speak in pairs? Students fell nervous. They are different methods and techniques to teach beginner students. Some of the following facts are more important then others. The teacher should keep the lesson simple. He/She should not use too much vocabulary which the students cannot understand. Preparing an example to show the students what to do is more useful than a lot of explanations. In this case demonstrating is an important fact when teaching beginners. Not only examples can be used for that also mime and gestures are a kind of demonstrating the students what to do or to teach them new vocabulary. Be visual as possible. Using flashcards or posters is helpful to show the students pictures and let them produce the new language. It is easier for the students to keep a picture with a word in their mind as just a word without any explanations. The teacher should be careful with his/her language. He/She needs to control his/her language. The teacher should speak slowly and clearly, that the students can understand and pronounce the correct language. Create a relaxed atmosphere. For this the teacher can arrange the classroom that the students feel comfortable and welcome. Keep the students work and present it in the classroom. Also the teacher should smile, make them feel welcome and encourage them with positive reinforcement. Be aware of the students' needs and also their interests. It is important to show the students that learning a new language is fun. If you choose at the beginning topics they are interest in it is easier for the teacher to get the students to learn it. With the needs it is also meant what grammar they need to build correct sentences. In all be focus on what is easy, not what is difficult. The teacher should have clear and realistic aims. He/She should not try too much too quickly. The teacher should not rush through the material this is a mistake, because the students should understand what they learn. Motivation is an important fact especially when teaching beginners. The teacher should keep the students motivated. He/She do not over-correct them, praise and encourage and be sensitive to the students. With beginner students the teacher should do a lot of activities to make the lesson funny. If lessons are fun, the students are more motivated and interested into learn the new language. All in all keep it simple, use visuals, do fun activities and so the students are interested in to learn more.
