What I gained most from this course was a better understanding of english grammar rules. I have not had to explain rules since I was a child in school and remembering them and re-learning them was quite a challenge. I learned so much about teachers and learners and what is required from both. What has helped me tremendously is learning how to write and use a lesson plan. I can see that preparation is key to teaching a class. I am already teaching one-on-one while I have been taking this course and each unit has provided me with a vast amount of information to help me with each class. I come from the united states having recently moved to argentina. In argentina I find there is a great need for Native American teachers of the english Language. I plan to join the institution “Americana” which helps teachers find jobs and students to find teachers.
