I gained knowledge in grammar, lesson plans, classroom structure, approaching young and adult learners, teaching tools and equipment, in evaluations, about different levels, in course books, about creating activities and materials, and most importantly about the skills required to be an effective teacher. The rest is up to me. I know I can be effective if I have a good plan and integrate the skills taught to me in the class. I feel I can evaluate and adjust to keep the slower, mid, and faster learners engaged and helping each other.
