As a teacher, it is important to watch how your students have progressed and improved. Sharing my knowledge in english is an added bonus. I have realized the importance of structure and planning in each lesson. Planning a lesson before was difficult but I have learned different methods to reach as many students as possible and make my lesson plans more interesting. The ESA process made the lesson planning easy to create and has a valuable result in the end. I have personally learned to be more creative in my selected field. Students not only learned through books but also by engaging them in some fun-phased activities and interactive pair or group exercises, which I have observed widens their ability to learn on their own and to critically think. I have particularly gained an understanding of every aspect in teaching english, for which I am very thankful.
In the future, I still plan to match my lesson plans with my students' interests and skill levels. I want them to stretch their minds and encourage them to think in new ways. Whatever I have learned in this course will reflect on my future endeavors.
