Personally this was the most interesting unit so far. I found the material interesting and very informative. I have found that most students (including their parents) feel that they have mastered phonics at an early age but still when I test them on the subject they frequently make basic errors. I believe that this unit is very important and teachers should focus more on this subject as it lays down the foundation for sounding more like a native english speaker.
