I think for a beginner and inexperienced it is true that there should be some sort of organization and that serves you as a guidebook so things can flow more easily. As time goes on we should be a bit more flexible and adapt to the skill level of students and strengthen the areas in which the students need to work on. We all need to self reflect on our strengths and weaknesses and improve on these areas. I do believe that ESA method works as a foundation and can help us out as an aid
