As this is the last unit of ITTT course which I have enjoyed so much. This unit has covered the most common problems that teachers face in the classroom and also provided ways to deal with these problems. I got some benefits of the ways to deal with first lesson for new groups and how to establish a rapport with them. I liked the activities of warmers and the activities of establishing a rapport with students. I also was interested in the ways to deal with large classes and students with different levels in the class. The use of native language was a problem most teachers face but now I can use the ways provided in this unit in my own class. Also the reluctant students and listening texts problems were solved int his unit too. I appreciate all the efforts in this course and I'm forever grateful for the knowledge you have enlightened me with from the beginning of this course. Thank you so much.
