this unit provided valuable information on classroom management which is a crucial area in teaching.All the the tips and ideas under different headings converged at one point- effective management of the classroom. the unit actually provided a very good guidance on classroom management. I think the effectiveness of a teacher depends on the way he/she manages the class. but it would have been better if there were pictures of things such as seating arrangements.
