This unit focused on how to appropriately and effectively manage a classroom. It gave tips and guidelines for specific types of groups and what things to consider when making decisions related to classroom management. I found this to be helpful and practical information that will benefit when trying to create a specific atmosphere within the class. Planning lessons requires you to write down what you expect the students to learn. It helps you keep students on target what is being taught. It acts as a record of the class and materials used. The lesson plan should be flexible and organized. It should include the learners objectives
