This unit was a nice review. Yes it is correct that many students have a difficult time with reported speech and the conditional sentences. I like that suggested exercises that was given for the conditionals. I recommend that there should have been more suggested exercises for the reported speech. This unit was really interesting and I have learned some new knowledge that I was not aware of. It was a really good first unit. I learned a lot from this particular unit. It really helped me to understand how I should approach developing a lesson. During my first year of teaching I did a lot of lesson planning and this unit gave me a good idea of how to structure my lessons in the future using the ESA approach.
